SCANNER MODE

The scanner function of the machine sends a scanned original as described below based on the specification of the destination.

• Scan to E-mail
• You can send a scanned file as an e-mail attachment. You can also save the file to the machine's local drive and send only a URL link (without attaching the file) that allows the recipient to download the file.

• Scan to Desktop
• The scanned file is sent to a specified folder on your computer. (FTP, Network Scanner Tool, Shared Folder)

• Scan to USB
• The scanned file is sent to external memory device USB.

1. Select EASY SCAN function on panel

1. You can send via email by insert manually email address on the top of the screen.

2. If address already stored in machine, you can choose Address Book and select destination. You can select more than one address at one time.

3. You can send your documents to external USB drive by selecting SCAN to HDD/USB function

1. You can configure or select your scan requirements before sending.

2. To start your scanning, press START BUTTON on the right bottom of the menu.
